STORE TEAM

  • CUSTOMER CONSULTANT

    From the moment a customer enters the store, you embody the brand experience. From telling inspiring stories and bringing our products and ingredients to life, you’ll make every customer feel valued and enriched.

  • SKINCARE EXPERT

    Our experts have a genuine passion for all things skincare. You’ll be the energetic individual who advises our customers on the right products and ingredients to meet their specific needs,
    whilst having responsibility for driving the category sales.
    You will also be an expert in helping to diagnose the customer’s skin type and to recommend a suitable skincare regime.

  • STORE MANAGER

    You’re the inspiration for your team – brimming with passion for the way we do business. You’ll bring outstanding retail expertise, strong leadership and management skills whilst driving the store in terms of everything related to sales, operations, standards, service, profit and of course our people.
