Your role in a nutshell

This role has overall responsibility for the TBSAH Global Career Plan and associated commissions.  In additional to leading and managing the team of Career Plan Analysts you will be the business owner and subject matter expert and oversee the design, delivery and maintenance of the Global Career Plan and all associated commission and compensation payments.

More about the role

To define all process and procedure development, sign off and execution of the global weekly and monthly commission payments in all global markets, ensuring that Consultant payments are accurate, aligned with the global plan and delivered on time.

To  appropriate package of internal business reports is devised maintained and distributed to all global and market stakeholders.  This report suite must facilitate full transparency in commission payments in all global markets and deliver insight into the overall performance of the Career Plan for TBSAH business teams.

Ensure appropriate package of field facing business reports and dashboards are devised and maintained.  These must deliver timely and accurate information to TBSAH Consultants globally, and be optimised to drive the field behaviours required to grow the business

What we look for

Expertise and extensive experience delivering and managing incentive-based plans for self-employed Consultants/Agents

Experience leading a team responsible for globally positioned complex business analysis and forecasting

Expertise working for an event driven retailer with frequent changes of promotional mechanic

Expertise and experience in a similar role for a direct selling organisation

Knowledge of Visual Basic / SL / Microsoft Report Writer

Experience working with and managing external partners for technology and consultancy

Experience developing and managing reporting services for a global business

Previous experience working in the Beauty Industry a plus


Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a Career Plan / Compensation Plan management role. 

Degree in business related topic
