Your role in a nutshell
We’re now looking for a Chief Finance Officer, based in our newly created Dubai hub. You’ll act as a strategic business partner to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and work collaboratively with the executive team to translate financial insight into commercial strategy and decisions.
This is a role with real impact, combining strategic thinking with deep technical ability to drive the transformation of our finance function and open to candidates who wish to relocate from India.

Key Accountabilities
- Own the group’s financial strategy, annual budgeting, long-range forecasting processes and treasury management
- Lead Board-level financial communications and investor reporting
- Oversee financial reporting, controls, compliance and governance across all group entities and jurisdictions
- Manage external relationships with investors, bankers, lenders, auditors and insurers
- Provide financial leadership for franchise operations
- Drive cost optimisation, margin improvement and working capital optimisation across the group
- Lead the transformation of the finance function – modernising systems, processes and operating models to support growth
- Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing global finance team.
What we look for
Who We’re Looking For
- We’re looking for a proven Finance Director in consumer, retail or beauty/FMCG, with the ability to combine strategic thinking with deep technical expertise.
Experience
- Track record as a CEO/Leadership business partner – influencing commercial strategy
- Strong P&L ownership in a complex, multi-market multi-entity business
- Finance transformation – systems, processes, team capability, and operating model
- UAE-based or proven Middle East experience
- Franchise/partner-led business model experience (desirable)
Skills & Expertise
- Group financial reporting (IFRS) and statutory compliance
- FP&A – budgeting, forecasting, scenario analysis and management reporting
- Treasury, tax, and cash flow management across multiple jurisdictions
- M&A – due diligence, financial modelling and deal structuring
- Franchise and partner financial management
- ESG reporting and non-financial disclosures
