Your role in a nutshell
  • Responsible for ensuring accurate and up to date support information is maintained and available across all global digital service platforms for TBSAH.
  • Super user and business expert across all policies, procedures and issue management.  Translating all business information into easily searchable information and developing accurate FAQ’s that support consultant queries accurately.
  • ​Support platform enhancements and offer insight into new technologies providing TBSAH Consultants with optimal information, ease of use and latest systems.
  • Maintain reporting tracker, reporting feedback, running and evolution of reporting needs


What we look for
  • Direct experience of / or thorough understanding of the direct selling business environment.
  • IT system development, implementation and roll out of system changes across multiple audiences.
  • Working within an omni channel environment.
  • Experience representing a business channel and working with cross functional teams.
  • Experience in digital marketing.
