Your role in a nutshell

Reporting into The Senior Global Loyalty Manager, you will be responsible for the planning and execution of The Body Shop’s Loyalty Program across the UK and EMEA markets. Working alongside our CRM and market teams, you will deliver an optimised Loyalty Event and Campaign plan that allows the business to capture quality customer data, and delivers incremental sales and profit.

Main roles and responsibilities will include:

 

  • Build of a rolling 12 month LYBC plan to meet business objectives and execute in both the UK & EMEA markets
  • Production of plan for each market with signoff from Market leads
  • Ownership of event activation packs and their cascade to market teams for execution in EMEA. Ownership of event execution in the U
  • Event/ Campaign reporting to guide future activity
  • LYBC assets/card/POS management to budget
  • Work with retail teams to ensure store staff are briefed and mechanics work
  • Work with Market Managers to ensure consistent and compelling messaging across LYBC and BAU campaigns
  • GWP/PWP strategic planning and management, including NPD, prduct and bespoke gift ordering, forecasting, margin and budget management
  • Work with commercial and supply teams to ensure sufficient stock
  • PHL management fr EMEA markets
  • Provide recommendations of new CRM activities and communications based on customer insight including future marketing promotions, sales programs, customer events, and loyalty activity to optimise customer experience and sales
  • Awareness of competitor activities to help deliver best in class CRM and optmisation of loyalty scheme execution
What we look for

Coming from a background in Loyalty and/or CRM management (ideally both) you will have excellent analytical skills, strong stakeholder management, be customer focused and thrive under pressure. Adaptability is essential as is the ability to commercial plan, forecast and drive sales through multi channels. Retail sector knowledge and experience working on a global basis is desirable as is a love of the beauty!
