Your role in a nutshell

This is an entry level which will support Natura &CO’s global Intellectual Property (IP) Hub team with respect to the creation and protection of the Group’s IP, the maintenance of the intellectual property database and related matters.

More about the role
  • Maintain the IP database, Diams. Ensure all IP records are up-to-date with the most recent and accurate information and relevant documents saved.
  • Work closely with global master data to create new vendors required by the IP team.
  • To raise all purchase orders for the IP team and liaise efficiently with outside counsel regarding purchase order queries.
  • To process all IP invoices, work closely with outside counsel and purchase invoices team to ensure invoices are paid in a timely manner.
  • Assisting IP Counsel in tracking spend against budget; providing updated budget reports when required.  
  • Responsible for the maintenance of the IP deadlines. Ensure timely deadline reminders are sent to the IP Paralegal, Senior IP Paralegal and IP Counsel.
  • Organise the schedule of the annual INTA conference for attendees from the IP team.
  • To manage all trademark certificates received, scan and save on the IP database and file for safe keeping.
  •  Lead on diary management for IP team including team meetings and calls with external counsel.
What we look for

You will have attention to detail, enjoy problem solving and ideally have an interest in working within an in-house legal department. Strong Excel and MS Office skills are essential as is excellent communication skills and the ability to work to deadlines.
