Your role in a nutshell
  • Ensure that all products which require pre-market approval are registered in accordance with project plans.
  • Provide regulatory support documents as required on an ad hoc or small project basis as dictated by the demands of external regulatory agencies or internal customers.
  • Global in scope.
More about the role
  • Coordinate the registration of products/labels in defined countries in which The Body Shop operates in a timely manner in consultation with other areas of the Company.
  • Provide information and documents with regard to product/label registration to all areas of The Body Shop (internal and external) as necessary.
  • Work with the SC Data Management Team to set and control MA (Market Availability) dates against all cosmetic product SKUs.
  • Actively solve product registration issues.
  • Suggest new and refine existing systems within Regulatory Affairs in order to continuously improve efficiency.
What we look for
  • Skilled and efficient use of available computer software and systems.  Knowledge of ProjectVision an advantage.
  • Attention to detail, organisation and time/efficiency management.
  • Ability to work unsupervised and to solve short-term problems.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a small team.
  • Between one and two years experience in handling technical data within the Cosmetic Pharmaceutical or Food Industries.
  • Educated to GCSE Level, preferably to A Level science standard.
