Your role in a nutshell

•    Accountable for driving sales and recruitment with the field team and meeting and exceeding the company targets.
•    Assist in the development of field leaders and provide support and training to ensure they are skilled to deliver on all targets.
•    Contribute to TBSAH strategic planning, goal setting and sales attainment.
•    Responsible for ensuring the National Sales Manager is up to date on field activities and issues.

Field:
•    Accountable for managing, motivating and influencing the Leaders / Regional Managers to reach their full potential and maintain the required level of sales, activity and growth within their teams.
•    Work regularly with the RMs to optimise their business through effective coaching, development and planning meetings.
•    Ensure that the field team morale and motivation is positive.
•    Deliver the corporate messages to the field teams and manage the feedback including to ensure the brand message and image is maintained to company standards.
•    Accountable for delivering the overall recruitment targets and sales performance of allocated teams.
•    Identify area’s of opportunities with Leaders / Regional Managers businesses.
•    Use the analytical data provided by the support office to develop field opportunities.
•    Support the leaders / RM’s at Regional Meetings.
•    Use promotions and incentives to drive field activities and deliver results.


Training:
•    Work in partnership with the Training Manager to deliver field training at all levels of the Career Plan.
•    Identify training needs in the field and liaise with the Training Manager on the needs in the field.
•    Support in creating training materials to the field team to support the training strategy.
•    Support as required at company trainings / events.


General:
•    Work with the support office team to ensure that field communications are delivered effectively.
•    Support at company events and other corporate events as necessary ensuring the content meets the business needs.
•    Attend business meetings at Watersmead /London and other locations as required.
•    Attend planning meetings and integrate sales promotions and event planning effectively to ensure implementation success in TBSAH
•    Regularly liase with the National Sales Manager to update on the Leaders / RMs business plans, progress on sales and recruitment, team motivation/activities, and any issues.
•    Support with Social Media messaging / lives and digital communicaton.

What we look for

•    Robust people management in complex structures that can demonstrate ability to adapt style and communicate at all levels.
•    Proven track record within a sales, training or business development role.
•    Confident presenter to large groups and at all levels in the business.
•    Competent user of Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
•    Desirable to have worked in the beauty industry but not essential.
•    Desirable to have worked in the Direct Selling Industry but not essential.
