Your role in a nutshell

To lead and manage the feasibility and execution through to the production of printed components and strategic artwork projects. Being proactive in overcoming all challenges and obstacles to deliver within CPA deadlines and budget in line with the development strategy.

  • Be fully accountable for the management and delivery of all printed components within allocated categories whilst being proactive to overcome complex issues or challenges from initial marketing brief through to completion.
  • Working closely alongside the owner of the component design to produce the best results in the production environment by attending off-site trials and production.
  • To lead and continually develop relationships particularly within the brand structure with clear ownership in their field of expertise.
  • Liaise with all other internal teams to ensure copy is produced with accuracy meeting all legal and regulatory requirements and that the technical artwork adheres to brand direction, strategy and guidelines.
  • Plan resource and workload ensuring printed components are allocated appropriately for on-time completion.
  • Maintain costs on monthly basis for all 3rd parties and any changes to the original brief are communicated and actioned accordingly.
  • To review and evaluate processes & procedures to drive efficiencies and productivity increase whilst providing KPI/measurements for the department to show where resource roadblocks may affect performance.
What we look for

You will have experience in producing artwork for packaging or similar with a sound knowledge of origination and reprographic systems for printed components along with working on colour management in a production environment.

Managing multiple projects at any one time with the ability to produce a high volume of work during peak periods and ensure deadlines are met.

Excellent knowledge of all appropriate print processes, techniques and print lead times.
