Your role in a nutshell

As part of a project team, s/he owns the delivery of high quality, customer-led digital product, ensuring focus on the items that will deliver the most significant business value.

The role is responsible for building the right product for the business and working closely with the extended Product team to interpret and ensure alignment with strategy, roadmap and business goals

This will require the PO to work closely with a variety of stakeholders to deliver a variety of system projects across multiple workstreams, including PWS, Business Hubs and App, as well as a variety of integrations with other digital platforms for social, training and CRM.

More about the role
  • Take a lead role and ownership of the roadmap related to the initial development and ongoing CI of the digital systems and platforms for TBSAH
  • To work collaboratively with the wider systems management team and Businesss Development team to ensure the roadmap is fully aligned to business direction, strategic goals and requirements
  • Support launch of all new digital products related to or integrated with the system especially those integrated such as Hyperwallet, Apps, training and social platforms and to enhance existing applications where possible in support of bus dev activities.
  • Work closely with the IT Project Management team, ensuring the business needs are reflected in project sprints and adhere to products’ roadmap
  • Work alongside technical teams, UX and BA design collegues to ensure new systems and services align to the TBSAH customer and consultants requirements
  • Work closely with key internal stakeholders, Systems Management team and external suppliers / third parties to ensure resource is aligned to the roadmap and tracking for success
  • Manage product feature prioritisation; ensuring stakeholders understand the compromises and constraints.
  • Manage product user journey design, ensuring a high quality customer experience
  • Provide digital product knowledge and insight for colleagues across the TBSAH team and into the wider field, work closely with Development and CI Managers to ensure this is achieved
What we look for
  • Agile development experience
  • Experience working as a business analyst and product owner with varied project delivery across Direct Selling, ecommerce, IT and change management
  • Retail/consumer facing experience or experience working in a technology company or agency environment
  • Able to deliver software development/integration projects that cover front-end, backend, online and offline
  • Able to own roadmap and help to shape this by working closely with various stakeholders internally and externall to integrate with TBSAH business strategy
  • Experience large scale system development and working in a matrix or complex global environment
