Your role in a nutshell

As the Global Graphic Designer for our TBS@Home brand and working in our busy Marketing team, your role will be to to design consultant facing materials – print and digital, focussing on the main sales tool – product catalogue and ensure consistency across multiple markets. You will be creating visual expression and selling layouts for annual catalogue as well as other tools, such as marketing collateral, conferences, trainings to name a few.

More about the role

  • Evidence of stand-out design creativity; consistently coming up with original, creative ideas on layout execution, supporting the concept and amplifying consultant selling process.
  • Taking design and art-working from creation through to final delivery
  • Developing and executing creative to high standards, on time and on budget and within brand guidelines everytime
  • Project managing briefs all the way through the creative process
  • Support marketing projects through impactful design
  • Using the relevant branded assets supplied by global brand team when appropriate

What we look for

  • You will be a strong and talented Graphic Designer with a great eye for typography and layout, plus a thorough understanding of the catalogue business. This role is the guardian of the brand and channel guidelines.
  • An excellent communicator - able to discuss design decisions confidently at all levels
  • Used to managing projects from conception to completion with the ability to juggle a large workload and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Creative and graphic design skills with the ability to demonstrate clear understanding of brand identity
  • Experience in Direct selling catalogue creation and/or FMCG/Beauty
  • Dynamic team player who works well and collaborately across the wider design, marketing and TBS teams
  • Your communication, time management and stakeholder relationship skills with be advanced
  • You will be a confident designer who is comfortable working with ambiguity, autonously and using your initiative
