We are recruiting for a permanent Digital Performance Manager - EMEA based out of our London Bridge Global HQ (hybrid working model). This is a pivotal role that leads and helps coordinate the cross-channel performance efforts on behalf of the market.

This role will suit a solid T-shaped marketeer that has specialised in one vertical but understands all performance marketing channels and importance of working together to drive growth.

More about the role

  • Lead in the coordination of performance marketing insights for market presentations, including trade, campaign activations, planning and budgeting.
  • Lead in the activation of Paid Social, Display & Video campaigns across EMEA markets, working with the markets and relevant agencies to ensure creative is translated and trafficked, and media spend is directed towards hitting business goals and marketing KPIs.
  • Work closely with the Search Marketing & Affiliates and Partnerships teams to ensure activation planning and budgeting is delivering on KPIs .
  • Support the market by presenting key strategic insights and working with the performance team to drive growth and innovation in their respective channels.
  • Support the Brand & Activism Directors in EMEA in delivering effective performance campaigns that work in synergy with brand investment so collectively we deliver on brand, customer and commercial targets.
  • Support local markets in delivering Brand-led Paid Digital activations by providing recommendations and strategic insight and reporting on performance.
  • Support the Head of Digital Performance – UK & EMEA to manage the EMEA P&L ensuring cost control but also identifying opportunities to drive growth.
  • Work with the UK & EMEA agency to present yearly, quarterly and monthly campaign planning which responds to the Markets commercial and brand objectives.
  • Work closely with the Insights team and Digital Performance Analyst to pull together reporting insights for the market that cover all performance and brand insights.
  • Responsible for coordinating and presenting complex technical information into digestible and actionable insights for the audience (market) and having the ability to challenge the team if not delivering.
  • Provide support and training where necessary to the Assistant Digital Performance Manager – UK & EMEA.

What we look for

Degree qualified or equivalent with extensive experience managing performance campaigns, particularly specialising in Paid Social, Video and Display and/or for Global retailers

Hands on technical experience with social ad platforms such as FB/IG, SnapChat, Tik Tok, Pinterest, Twitter. Experience with GoogleAds, DSPs, AWIN or affiliate networks desirable

A confident presenter and someone who can work with complexity of data and requirements to build a story to drive performance.

A curious mind and a strong leader with the ability to self-direct, build relationships with ease and is highly motivated to develop and help mentor the team and has a growth mindset

Passionate about putting the customer at the heart of all marketing activities.

Strong presentation skills and a self-starter with the ability to influence and motivate others to deliver
