The role in a nutshell

We are recruiting an Experience Delivery Manager full-time, permanent, hybrid working from our global HQ’s in London Bridge or West Sussex.

The Body Shop is looking to evolve a new era of growth by focusing and building on our customer and consultant experience across all channels and touch points.

More about the role

Your role is to assess the viability of the concepts developed in order to prioritise and lead in delivery of these into reality through working with various teams. Your key accountabilities will span the following:

Build business cases and prioritise concepts 

  • Build business cases for each new initiative / project, working closely with the global teams to ensure that the new initiative / project is commercially viable
  • Prepare and present reports of findings to Experience team with risk and impact assessment
  • Perform impact analysis for new experience initiatives and determine key stakeholders that will be required to go through technical or operational process changes
  • Use clear prioritization framework to assess each project and prioritise
  • Gather feedback from global teams on concepts to optimise

Responsible for ensuring delivery 

  • Leading or supporting project teams to ensure the stay true to concept and objectives.
  • Managing budget and timelines.
  • Monitor performance of new experience initiatives / projects and report findings to Experience team with support of the Experience Researcher
  • Ensure external support is fully briefed and managed
