The role in a nutshell

We are recruiting an Experience Designer this is a full-time, permanent, hybrid working role based at our global HQ’s in London Bridge or West Sussex.  The purpose of this role is to design new initiatives to optimize the end to end customer experience across all channels that add value to the business

More about the role

Key accountabilities will focus on the following areas, with working relationships and interfaces spanning three channels, all markets and touch points, including external partners as required:

Identify opportunities & design solutions to address these

  • Identify opportunities to optimise the E2E Customers Experience by working with the Experience Researcher to analyse competitor data and market research
  • Ideate and design key initiatives / projects in alignment to research and analysis provided by the Experience Researcher
  • Develop personas and user scenarios for prioritised experience areas

Build robust business cases, concepts and monitor progress

  • Build business cases for each new initiative / project with support of Experience Delivery Manager
  • Develop, test and learn from new initiatives / projects before recommending them to global teams
  • Collaborate with the appropriate global teams to create relevant content / prototypes for key initiatives / projects
  • Manage and track progress of key initiatives / projects, escalating any risks or issues
  • Work with the wider Analytics & Insights team to monitor service performance levels to determine opportunities to optimize
