Your role in a nutshell

We are seeking an expert collaborator, that can build strong relationships with our markets, reviewing their omni channel marketing plans. An excellent communicator that can manage multiple projects and loves working within a global community.

This role will require good knowledge of omnichannel marketing plans and to understand the brand strategy, omnichannel content plan, toolkits and key marketing KPI’s and work directly with our markets in cascading key information to help enable markets to build a robust plan and challenge plans when required.

More about the role

  • To support the Head of Brand Omnichannel Planning with markets on their brand marketing omnichannel plans. (retail, e-com and direct selling channel). 
  • Build strong relationships and lead key conversations with our global markets and to be the primary contact for our markets  
  • Communicate with global stakeholders on all of our markets, marketing plans and performance.
  • Lead monthly calls with the key markets on their omnichannel marketing plan. Review their plans and highlight opportunity/gaps on content and planning, campaigns and KPI performance. 
  • Tracking and monitoring market performance, Brand marketing targets (e.g. New customers, Brand awareness, sales etc.)
  • Create summary evaluations on market performances
  • Own the project management of specific marketing briefs being developed by various markets     

What we will need from you

  • Proven experience working cross functionally, ideally within an omnichannel environment and working with global markets / partners 
  • Experience in coordinating teams and partnering with virtual teams / markets 
  • Understanding of the beauty retail industry or capacity and interest to quickly develop 
  • Commercially aware with track record of delivering/understanding omnichannel marketing plans. (offline/online) 
  • Strong reporting skills – intermediate excel 
  • Good digital/digital marketing knowledge and how an omnichannel plan is created  
  • Natural inspiring leader with the ability to communicate and present confidently with peers and colleagues to inspire and motivate others.
  • Able to respond to and translate strategic objectives, both commercial and brand, into the omni channel plan
