Role Scope

Working for our The Body Shop at Home (Direct Selling) brand, this Global Business Account Coordinator role works directly with the Global Sales Development Manager, as well as the wider TBSAH Sales Teams, to facilitate the successful management and co-ordination of all global business accounts for TBSAH. Key accountabilities are to ensure all tools, processes and procedures related to consultants sales operations are all reviewed, maintained and developed to support our sales operations across all global markets.

More about the role

  • Responsible for the management of the current international sponsoring accounts. To be the first point of contact for key accounts to ensure the smooth running of global businesses
  • Responsible for the transition of the current manual process of the global accounts into the new ways of working
  • Ownership of all policies related to global accounts, ensuring these are adhered to
  • Own and maintain the Leadership Development and Global Business forecast for all markets – utilizing suite of tools (forecasting & business tracking and dashboards) provided by the Sales Support Manager to record
  • Own and maintain all content training and best practice processes/documents around global businesses
  • Seek ongoing process improvements – making recommendations where possible to make global streamlining more efficient
  • In conjunction with Sales Support Manager support the development of future markets support tools blueprint, and standardising the framework where possible for all global businesses
  • Utilize and upkeep/maintenance of KPI planning tools for Sales Leaders enabling sales forecasting & tracking & supporting Leaders to build a robust reporting framework for the global accounts
  • Work collaboratively as part of the TBSAH team to ensure all aspects of global business account management is aligned to support TBSAH agreed channel initiatives and strategies
  • Work to support processes and logistics efficiencies for future development plans for the business to enable strong business growth and effective market rollouts

What we look for

  • Direct experience of or understanding of the direct selling business environment
  • Experience in an omni channel or sales environment 
  • Experience and understanding of business account management, ideally in the direct selling remit
  • Experience in representing a business channel and working with cross functional team
  • Strong Organisational skills with appreciation and understanding of demonstrating compliance for the purpose of system and operational audits
  • Experience in reporting and data  
  • Advanced competency in Excel
  • Good knowledge and competency in use of MS PowerPoint
  • Highly competent with MS Office
