Global Creative Assets Executive

Your role in a nutshell

Working in the marketing department for our The Body Shop at Home Brand, You’ll be responsible for leading, planning and coordinating end to end production of all creative assets needed for TBS at Home consultant focused materials, both print and digital.  You will manage the complete production process of the assets from conception through to delivery, invoicing as well as print production.

More about the role

  • Planning of creative assets on time and budget
  • Manage and coordinate all asset requests through a delivery inbox
  • Support and drive project schedules with multiple deadlines
  • Identify and communicate project risks, track and report deliveries weekly
  • Helping in-house team to create and produce assets when required. Any illustration or animation skills are a massive plus.
  • Act as a brand guardian, ensuring creative assets met brand and channel guidelines
  • Ensure creative assets are correctly filed and available to key stakeholders for review.
  • A key point of contact for all visual creative needs across the business.
  • On board and source freelancers, POs and invoicing
  • Coordinate legal documentation (NDAs, Usage rights / Intellectual property)
  • Print production support – working with printers, brand, fragrance houses to obtain all necessary information

What we look for

  • Experience from a similar role, preferable from a creative agency, production company, or an in-house agency
  • Used to managing projects from conception to completion with the ability to juggle a large workload and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Stakeholder management
  • Understanding of Direct Selling practises is a plus
  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, delivering for print and digital creative
  • Experience in creative project planning
  • Ability to evaluate creative against brand guidelines
  • Up-to-date knowledge of marketing trends, print, packaging and digital production techniques
  • BA in Graphic Design or equivalent experience is a plus
