Your role in a nutshell

We a looking for a digital marketing all-rounder (Aquisition, Retention, CRM and Social) to join our Digital Marketing Team for our The Body Shop At Home™, reporting in to the Global Head of Social Selling.
TBSAH is the direct selling channel of The Body Shop, established in 1994 by Anita as a fun and flexible earning opportunity for all. The Body Shop At Home™ has a community of over 80,000+ passionate Independent Consultants and entrepreneurs throughout the United Kingdom, United States and Australia.
In this role, you will be responsible for growing the TBSAH  global (US, UK and AUS) business.  You will use your experience to design a successful digital marketing strategies and deploy efficient lead generation campaigns, alongside building best practice toolkits to grow current markets and enter new ones (across company and franchise territories).

More about the role

Main responsibilities include: 

  • Develop innovative segmented acquisition strategy to recruit new entrepreneurs to The Body Shop at Home.
  • Manage lead generation campaigns from end to end, leveraging paid and organic channels to drive recruitment. 
  • Drive ‘direct to company’ targeted leader campaigns in new and current markets elevating communication on the opportunity within that framework. 
  • Manage daily, weekly and monthly spend allocation, acquisition and ROAS forecasts.
  • Closely monitor conversion rates to optimize campaigns success and efficiency.
  • Define the operational framework to maximize consultant onboarding with Ops Team and pattern on the end to end Consultant experience.
  • Work closely with brand marketing team to align growth initiatives within upcoming key moments, product launches, content strategy, and the progress of strategic initiatives.
  • Support the Brand Activism Teams communicating Opportunity Message 
  • Develop test & learn roadmap to develop best practice executions for acquisition and conversion.
  • Capture learnings in best practice documents to grow existing markets and enter new ones.
  • Collaborate with Training on best practice sharing for field reps on digital acquisition and support strategies

What we look for

  • Demonstrable track record of building and delivering campaigns which make a big impact on business performance 
  • Significant experience managing paid and organic channels for acquisition
  • Ability to understand marketing data and analysis to identify trends and drive learnings coupled with unparallel creative flare 
  • Tactical, hands-on experience with forecasting, reporting, and analysis
  • Ability to plan and manage campaign budgets
  • Demonstrated project management skills and proven ability to deliver results in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
  • Strong communicator with experience managing large groups of stakeholders. 
  • Experience with running acquisition campaigns in the US market preferred.
  • Retail Digital Marketing experience is an advantage, and a curious nature when it comes to all things DM!
  • Team Management experience useful, or a desire to lead a team as you will have one line report to start with in this role
