Job Title:  Global People Systems Analyst (FTC)

Your role in a nutshell

Reporting into the Global People Systems (GPS) Team Leader, you will work as part of the team supporting to the global people systems in The Body Shop - this will include BAU and Project actitvites.

In this six month fixed term contract role you will work with TBS Global and local People Systems – to include SuccessFactors (TBS Connect), Workday, Tamigo, Clockwise, Avature & Resourcelink. We are flexible on location for the role and The Body Shop have offices in Littlehampton, West Sussex and London Bridge.

 

  • Providing first line technical People Systems support to the People Team users across the global business via Jira, phone and email
  • Responsibility for day to day running of relevant People Systems and to be initial liaison with software provider as system administrator/expert
  • Responsibility for coordinating and implementing global best practice improvements across TBS People Systems
  • Being a systems expert to deliver system demonstrations to, and produce system reports for, key stakeholders throughout the project duration.  
  • To prepare/implement the roll out from a technical point of view of system upgrades as well as training and knowledge management – including the bi-annual SAP upgrades to TBS Connect (SuccessFactors)
  • To provide system and project support for future systems
  • Manage the Global RBPs within the systems in line with the SOX and other audit requirements
  • First line review of interface failures for all markets (queries then potentially escalated to IT)
  • Design and delivery of core People Team reports for use in all global markets
  • To provide accurate data in a consistent format from relevant system
  • Responsibility to review and develop efficient solutions to reporting requirements

What we look for

Having worked as an Information System Analyst, or similar, you will have an analytical mind, advanced Excel skills and a good understanding of HR processes. You will have excellent communication skills and will be able to deliver system and process improvements whilst being able to influence and manage stakeholder epectations. Experience of SAP SuccessFactors and/or Workday is desirable as is experience of working on an global basis.
