Your role in a nutshell

  • To execute the supplier optimisation strategy for the UK and Northern Europe Cluster for IT Services, defining category opportunities and efficiencies as well as cost savings for the Cluster/ Market P&L’s.
  • To deliver sustainable sourcing solutions within both Ethical and Internal Control guidelines with alignment to procurement best practices in order to deliver cost savings
  • To identify and leverage best practises across the companies and cluster
  • Manage the relationship between both Avon, The Body Shop and Key Suppliers in Cluster, to include leveraging contracts, capacity management and ethical framework for supplier management.

Responsible for defining optimisation strategy in line and to compliment the global sourcing strategy including:

  • Understanding business needs,
  • Review and use spend Analysis to make informed decisions and recommendations
  • Manage Cost Negotiations.
  • Manage supply and business risk
  • Stakeholder mapping and engagement.
  • Supplier Mapping and Review.
  • Project identification, management and Deployment with Stakeholders.
  • Development of the supplier base to improve defined performance.
  • Responsible for working cross functionally across the business for timely delivery of identified cost saving and process improvement projects
  • Deliver Cost Savings, Innovation and Efficiency in operations:
  • Develop and Agree yearly savings Budget
  • Identify opportunities for consolidation across global programs both across Avon, TBS and Natura & Co brands
  • Regular reporting on performance
  • Manage spend ensuring all procurement and ethical protocols are documented and followed with TBS and Natura & Co internal control requirements
  • Supplier Management & Development

What we look for

  • Solid experience within a large multi channel global Indirect buying environment
  • Proven experience managing sourcing activities within IT Services
  • Demonstrates dynamic track record within their current organisation.
  • Experience of Indirect sourcing processes and contract management.
  • Experience of Supplier Management and Innovative business solutions
  • Solid knowledge of technology services market
  • Experience in procuring wide range of technology services, including cloud, outsourcing, systems integration, enterprise resource platforms and other tech services
  • Experience managing IT contracts in one or more category SaaS, PaaS, software and services
  • Knowledge of Retail, Online and Direct business models
