Your role in a nutshell

The Merger & Acquisition Analyst role is placed within a team of individuals who will focus on ‘Natura &Co’.You will act as core member of the M&A team, evaluating and managing acquisition opportunities for the Natura &Co Group.  Reporting to the Head of M&A, you will serve on the support team to manage the M&A process with extensive exposure to senior management. This individual will build strong relationships and influence across all levels of the organization.

The goal is to help support and ensure cross-collaboration across all companies but to also drive Group priorities, ensuring these can be balanced with company goals.

  • As a lead support role for all transactions within the M&A team, you will cover a spectrum of acquisitions from franchise buy backs to significant mergers.
  • Working in partnership with the Head of M&A, you will seize the opportunity to project manage end-to-end M&A transaction processes (from marketing to deal completion)
  • Supporting on offer negotiation 
  • Prepare business cases and presentations for internal approval 
  • Cultivating client relationships through marketing and deal execution
  • Managing the deal team, including advisors, during due diligence and negotiation processes
  • Working with lean deal teams to generate results and achieve financial targets
What we look for


  • You have previously gained significant M&A experience such as: consultancy, banking, private equity or corporate M&A
  • Your experience has seen you work independently and take leadership while also being a team player and you have  independently prepared business cases and led due diligence teams
  • You have enjoyed proven success with superior written and verbal communication skills with the ability to comfortably interact with clients up to board level in a professional manner
  • Your experience has been gained in a multicultural environment and this has given you the expertise and confidence to communicate concepts and ideas concisely and persuasively across all organizational levels and functions 
  • Your exceptional interpersonal skills have resulted in proven sales success and first class negotiation expertise
  • Exceptionally detail-oriented, you possess an aptitude to synthesize large amounts of information and develop innovative solutions
  • You display an inherent capability for problem-solving and analytical skills
  • As a resourceful self-starter you are able to work under pressure and manage time effectively and this is evidenced in your ability to lead a variety of transactions and projects simultaneously
  • Commercially astute and targets driven  
  • Willingness to engage in travel for business development (conferences, client meetings, etc.) 

Qualifications and skills


  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business management, economy or mathematics is preferred
  • Advanced Power Point and Excel capabilities
