Your role in a nutshell

Omni-channel: Designing and delivering a consistent and exceptional customer experience across all touch points.


Omni-channel Director: A leadership role responsible for the commercial strategy that optimises revenue across multiple channels, delivering ambitious business results and a seamless customer experience.


Omni-channel Director for The Body Shop: A brand new role reporting to the UK MD, delivering all of the above through the lens of a B-Corp with a clear agenda and purpose. You have the opportunity to demonstrate your prowess as a ‘purposeful entrepreneur', marrying innovation and commercial strategy. It's a hugely demanding and rewarding opportunity.

The Body Shop is known for creating beautiful and sustainably sourced products that people love. We want you to help us create a seamless customer experience that exceeds expectations. We want to create an eco-system that anticipates the customer need before it is a spark of an idea in their mind.


To do this we need an innovator with comprehensive multi-channel experience, covering commercial strategy, marketing insight and technology awareness.

There are two critical areas of accountability:



  • Event and Promotional Planning: You will own the Omnichannel event plan across all channels in the UK market.
  • Execution: You will be accountable for offer depth, timing & dates for the market, and will be demonstrate the collaborative ability to works with global to execute.
  • You will support the delivery of the retail and direct channel P&Ls, forecasting and target setting, and will be responsible for briefing local and global Hub to deliver on the plan.


Category strategy

  • Category strategy: You will own the long-term commercial plan for market-level growth, including SKU analysis, customer recruitment / cross-sell by category, and new opportunity identification.
  • Channel strategy: You will be responsible for driving long-term multichannel growth through balancing channel commercials and offer strategy.
