Your role in a nutshell

We have an exciting opportunity for a Digital Delivery Manager to join the team on a 6 month FTC. You will be responsible for technical delivery and release management of these solutions supporting our roadmap of change for channel, customer and core platforms within The Body Shop.

 

We are under-taking a major transformation of our IT landscape, implementing leading edge SAP C/4 and S/4 platforms to support our business vision. 

More about the role

  • Establish a best practice delivery framework for all Digital delivery 
  • Ensure the framework is adopted and implemented by development and deployment teams in the end-to-end delivery of solutions to support strategically important business initiatives 
  • Support and enable IT teams and key business stakeholders to deliver projects in order to continually improve the functionality, performance and reliability of the company’s Trading, Marketing and Loyalty platforms.
  • Build and Manage the Release Plan encompassing all projects and programmes  
  • Manage and control the technical landscape connectivity and environments for all projects and business as usual 
  • Provide delivery oversight and QA for all 3rd party delivery from design through to deployment.
  • Participate in and contribute to pipeline planning activities 
  • Engage in long term IT Roadmap development
     

What we look for

  • Experienced project leadership capabilities that drives team engagement and produces high quality development deliverables.
  • Excellent communication skills with a strong commercial mind set and business acumen.
  • Proactive and tenacious ‘can do’ attitude to unblock issues and ensure progress
  • Delivery of cloud-based solutions or PAAS
  • SAP S/4 experience 
  • SAP Hybris or SAP C/4 Commerce Cloud Implementation experience
  • Management of 3rd party teams onshore and offshore
  • Retail Industry Experience  

Preferred:

  • SAP S/4 Hana 
  • C/4 Hana knowledge / experience – Marketing Cloud, Customer Data Cloud, Service Cloud, COI
  • International experience
