The role in a nutshell

We are recruiting a Researcher this is a full-time, permanent, hybrid working role based out of our global HQ in West Sussex or London Bridge. The main purpose is to collect and analyse qualitative and quantitative data to drive improvements in the E2E Consultant Experience

More about the role

  • Manage all research that feeds into strategy and opportunities
  • Proactively monitor changing market trends and inform of any opportunities or threats
  • Gather qualitative and quantitative user experience data for specific research projects by

1)            Working with markets and field teams

2)            Conducting primary research

3)            Using secondary sources and support from wider insight team

  • Present research insights and results in easily digestible format the team advising on how to best utilize research findings
  • Agree research projects and their relevant priority with Experience team
  • Track research project progress, escalating any risks / issues 
  • Interrogate qualitative and quantitative data to drive insights, writing up into research reports
  • Prepare briefs for teams that sit outside of channel or 3rd parties if external research is required
  • Manage all concept testing and post launch evaluation
  • Own customer experience measurement across the business and use this to feed into development and also track progress
  • Concept test and optimise with support of the Experience Designer
  • Manage research budget
