Your role in a nutshell

This role is instrumental in supporting The Body Shop At Home (Direct Selling) sales team through the delivery and rollout of a global, consistent and standardised ways of working. To implement and deliver The Body Shop At Home sales actions and recruiting process ensuring consistency globally.

More about the role

  • Support the sales team to drive leader engagement and rollout a practice model that meets global Objectives 

  • Creation of forecasting & business tracking tools and dashboards and facilitate coaching the sales teams in the use of the tools 

  • Development of future markets Sales teams support tools blueprint, standardising the framework of support & tools 

  • Use data to analyse the needs of the Independent Consultants and Leaders and collaborate with the Leadership Academy to highlight the appropriate leadership programmes and development tools needed are available for each level of the compensation plan 

  • Creation of KPI planning tools enabling sales forecasting & tracking & supporting Leaders to build a robust business plan 

  • Analyse continually the requirements of the Leaders to determine the suite of tools to support them to manage their business 

  • Collaborate with the Global Recognition Manager to identify the mechanisms and create the tools needed to drive the sales to achieve recognition categories, promotions and incentives 

  • Provision of management information to stakeholders ensuring team have visibility of agreed sales leader metrics 

  • External benchmarking within the direct selling sector to ensure best in class analysis and business support tool provision 

What we look for

  • Design, development and execution of business planning models and tools 

  • Experience within a global direct selling business 

  • Business support tool & framework creation experience 

  • Stakeholder management at a senior level 

  • Data analysis skills 

  • Experience managing workload in a fast paced, agile workplace
