Your role in a nutshell

Senior People Partner – UK Retail Market – 6 month FTC, immediate start


This key role is an influential member of the UK Market Senior Leadership Team providing retail business partnering with a commercial focus along with the delivery of an inspirational People Plan – all based on our unique ‘Purposeful Entrepreneur’ culture. As part of the People Management team it’s a role with an opportunity to make a real difference.

Areas of Focus:


This is a pivotal role that combines traditional people partnering activities with exceptional and inspirational leadership and best practice operating within the following areas of involvement: 


People Plan: Whilst evolving and developing the People Plan you will ensure employee engagement and wellbeing is consistently at the heart of our business along with robust alignment to our proud B-Corp status and our overarching activism purpose. Just two aspects of our business that make us truly different and provide us (and you) with the opportunity to influence big movements. 
Strategy: You will collaborate and use your influence and ability to drive change across the business to help deliver a stand-out global People and Planning strategy that will align with our commercial objectives.
Coaching: Your big picture perspective and customer centric focus will enable you to develop an effective coaching culture for management upskilling that develops leadership. Your approach will encourage the evolution of a can-do, change oriented mindset that will be able to cope with the audacious vision we have to change the world.
Management: Through exceptional team management, partnership working and a consistent positive energy, you will be instrumental in creating a strong, effective and highly respected People team that can achieve spectacular results in all areas of involvement. You will earn the right to be proud of this team through your efforts.
Building blocks: Under your guidance and direction and through cross-team collaboration you will ensure retail is at the heart of our business through the development of relevant and aspirational career paths, the creation of robust and effective recruitment plans and the evolution of learning and training plans. All designed to support and enable a range of Retail Academy, People Services and Global teams and initiatives. 

Your impact in all these areas will be measured in the breadth and depth of the retail Talent pipeline you help generate and your interpretation and deployment of a game-changing diversity and inclusivity hiring strategy
