Your role in a nutshell

Reporting to the Head of Strategic Management, you will be responsible for leading strategy management at The Body Shop.  Working with our exciting plans, you will help track strategic initiatives across the organisation, driving clear and robust reporting to the Executive Leadership Team (ELT).  You will develop monitoring processes and review financial implications of initiatives, challenging the business in order to identify risks and opportunities to the plans.

Main roles and responsibilities will include: 

  • Providing guidance to cross-functional teams on the use of Objective Key Result methodology in order to create, monitor and report strategic initiatives, building a culture of continuous learning
  • Collate clear and robust reporting in a timely manner against strategic initiatives
  • Report risks and opportunities to the plans
  • Perform high level financial analysis and modelling against current and potential strategic initiatives

What we look for

You will have experience of strategic project management.  You will be able to demonstrate strong leadership skills, having worked across large organisations previously, with an excellent understanding of business operations. Having excellent stakeholder management skills, you will be a strong influencer and be able to lead cross functional teams, providing a strong voice and challenge.  Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills is essential, as is good attention to detail.
