Your role in a nutshell

To ensure that a strong control environment exists within The Body Shop At Home channel and that the compliance policies and control standards, in line with DSA guidelines, are consistent and adopted across The Body Shop At Home markets.

More about the role

  • Responsible for identifying and remediating control & compliance gaps within TBSAH.
  • Responsible for policy implementation and policy compliance monitoring – Pro active Support and Educate focus for consultants
  • Responsible for advising / supporting Consultants with policy queries including code of conduct
  • Responsible for overseeing social media policy compliance within TBSAH
  • Leads control projects impacting TBSAH channel (S-Ox implementation, Corporate Criminal Offence assessment)
  • Address control gaps / concerns in relation to Jenkon/ Exigo system and process
  • Responsible for timely detailed analysis and conducts investigations where necessary to prevent bulk and reselling activity with 3 stage warning process for consultants
  • Responsible for monitoring market place websites to ensure consultants adhere to consultant agreement

What we look for


  • Internal control or internal audit experience
  • Experience of working in direct sales or FMCG/Retail environment
  • Experience of working in a compliance role
  • Knowledge of SAP/BW or similar systems
  • Extensive knowledge of MS Office with an intermediate/advanced understanding of Excel and Powerpoint
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
  • Excellent organisational skills combined with accuracy and attention to detail
