Your role in a nutshell

We are recruiting for an experienced UK Commercial Co-Ordinator, based in our brand new London Hub Office. This is an unique opportunity to join The Body Shop Team.

Your role will be to to ensure accurate and timely setup of promotions, pricing, and product data, while supporting trading teams with insights and issue resolution to deliver a seamless customer and store experience 

More about the role

•Responsible for ensuring that all trade promotions are loaded accurately and on a timely basis into the till system (RMS) and for setting up T&C’s for all promotions
 
•Key point of contact in issue resolution for when promotions are not working as they should in the tills
 
•Full management of the team’s email account to support store & customer queries
 
•Responsible for actioning price changes and resolving queries around prices
 
•Maintains the UK market assortment list with new products and discontinuations
 
•Draws upon their commercial and analytical skills to support the trading team with reporting needs and insights for various aspects of the business including the trading plan across all channels
 
•Completes critical administrative tasks in setting up events, and ensures visibility of promos through updating trade updates and store force
 
•Support the Branch Merchandising Manager with adhoc reporting and admin
 
•The role will report into the UK Commercial Manager
