We are looking to recruit a Converson Co-ordinator for a 6 month fixed term contract role based at either our prestigious headquarters Watersmead in Littlehampton, West Sussex or our London Bridge office.  This is a hybrid working role so 2 days in the office 3 days remote. 

As the UK Conversion Co-Ordinator you will play a crucial role in delivering a great customer experience for the UK website. As part of the UK Ecommerce team, you’ll be primarily responsible for all product setup, maintenance and merchandising as well as supporting with personalisation and conversion tactics.

Responsibilites include:

  • UK catalogue setup and maintenance working with Brand and Studio to ensure complete and accurate information 
  • New product process – populating data and syncing to multiple catalogues. Setup of new/seasonal products and ensure they’re fully optimised for the UK market.
  • Day-to-day maintenance of the UK product catalogue, actioning product updates in conjunction with Supply Chain including discontinuation of old products and GTIN changes –Phase in/ Phase out of product variants
  • Working with the Assistant Ecommerce Operations Manager to optimise product pages for organic search, aligning to target keywords for the UK market. Ensuring all redirects for product are implemented.
  • Product image enrichment & fixes - populating existing PDPs with newly available images, correcting/adding images/video
  • Technical ingredient updates
  • Product content optimisation - Updating product descriptions, bullets, how to use and facets as continuous on-going improvements/updates.
  • Facet Optimisation & fixes – Defining best model for facet/value experience, refining values, arranging population via relevant teams and rollout across sites. Removing redundant values, duplications, redundant facet holders (recipient, occasion, skin tone, etc)
  • Set up and maintenance of event led changes such as Sale setup, promotional and seasonal categories
  • Conducting daily site checks, ensuring all products are priced correctly and categorized appropriately and responding to Care Centre queries related to product issues, including working with Supply Chain to overcome stock related issues
  • Assisting the Conversion manager with CVR optimisations regime buying, cart cross sell etc.
  • Assisting the Conversion manager with maintenance and optimisation of personalisation experiences including product recommendation carousels.

What we look for

The successful applicant will have strong Microsoft Excel skills and be confident at using new systems.

A Level qualification or equivalent is preferred.
