Your role in a nutshell

We are recruiting for an experienced Regional Sales & Talent Manager.

The successful candidate will be responsible for inspiring their team whilst  leading a high performing, efficient region keeping the P&L in your head and The Body Shop brand in your hearts.

You'll be field based with responsibility for circa 20 stores across the Midlands up to Liverpool; you will be visiting all your stores with purpose regularly, whilst working as part of a team of Regional Managers reporting directing to the Retail Director.

Your key accountabilities will include:

  • Inspiring your team to deliver high performance, taking action to support & manage if falling short of achieving this

  • Identifying commercial opportunities for your region & being tenacious in taking action: interpreting reports, completing data analysis, proactively solutionising

  • Developing your business  to ensure sustainable sales growth, consistency for the customer and embedded commercial processes

  • Owning all KPIs for your business; ensuring consistent cost control with right people, right place, right time to support a productive & cost-effective region

  • Achieving operational excellence for your customers through visiting all your stores regularly & with purpose

  • Being an operational expert; delivering all Customer KPIs; spotting VM opportunities through a commercial lens and making decisions on space & layout to grow sales

  • Engendering Trust in your team through your leadership and by sharing clarity of vision for the region, whilst demonstrating self-awareness and being agile & adaptable in your style

  • Managing performance effectively and never accepting the unacceptable 

  • Embracing & leading through change positively

What we look for

We're looking for a dynamic individual with a strong ability to plan and prioritise time and resources effectively, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.

Your coaching skills will be key in helping teams elevate their performance, while your ability to influence at all levels will drive success across the organisation.

As a self-motivated and adaptable individual, you'll thrive in an agile environment, bringing a flexible approach to your work.

Building collaborative relationships both within the retail space and across the broader business will be central to your role.

You'll have previous  experience of multi-site management as a senior leader within a retail business.
