Your role in a nutshell

Develop new leadership legs to the business and support the growth of these leader legs. Aquire new future leadership talent to join TBSAH and either independently support the growth of that business or support embedding this new talent within current leadership structures.

Key Job Accountabilities

  • Key liaison on digital acquisition projects to support new Consultant transition and onboarding.
  • Leadership of new development strategies targeting specific socio economic groups
  • Where applicable support BAU sales team on leadership and development coaching
  • For new markets, work with the Sales Development Manager to create the local strategy for acquisition and retention, identifying potential leaders to recruit and owning their onboarding process into the business
  • Plan and deliver new market recruitment events both in person and digital (e.g. roadshows and social media live streams)
  • Manage acquisition and retention activity market budget (to carry out recruitment events and roadshows etc.)
  • Identify and onboard new targeted leaders being accountable for ensuring that their training and care is appropriate
  • Work to the following KPIs - sales volume, number of frontline leaders onboarded and retained, leader productivity and development, leader base size
  • Work closely with the Leads campaign to identify and optimise recruitment (working with the consultant experience maximiser and the Boost Team)
  • Liaise with the sales and training team in market to ensure consistency, developing the aspiring leaders course
  • Run training and onboarding for these identified leaders
