Your role in a nutshell

 

  • Event Launch - Compile and deploy all new product set-up, content pages, and assets for every publishing event using the Publishing and Content Management tools.
  • Promotions – Set-up promotions and assets based on the promotional calendar using Content Management tool. Ensure these have been implemented correctly by checking and testing it.
  • On Going Tasks - Execute site maintenance and uploads requested by merchandising, marketing, and production. (sku replacement set-up, price changes, update product and content page copy, store pages, SEO optimizations and audits)
  • Continuous Website Improvement - Liaise with International IT team for all publishing support issues that may arise and site issues. Provide insights on solutions to new customer facing, promotional functionality. Establish open communication for reporting and correcting site issues immediately.

  • Cross-team collaboration - Interact with multiple team members and departments to confirm and ensure content is being published accurately and on schedule:
    • E-commerce Manager for Promotional schedule and creative
    • E-commerce Coordinator for promotional pricing and products information
    • E-Commerce Specialist for content pages and SEO optimizations
    • Digital Marketing and Loyalty/ CRM team for special promotions/ codes for recruitment/ retention initiatives
What we look for
  • Appetite to learn about Content Management Systems and grow into an expert within the platform
  • Previous experience on a detailed oriented role
  • Multi-tasking ability to manage multiple deadlines and prioritization
  • Strong technical understanding of Internet technologies and the operations of a commercial Web site
  • Knowledge of HTML and previous experience working with Content Management Systems preferred
  • Technical understanding of internet technologies
  • Experience with web site maintenance and troubleshooting
  • Understand sense of urgency & prioritization
  • Extremely detail oriented
  • Proficient on Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
  • Excellent communication skills
