Your role in a nutshell

Supply Chain Administrator (Contract Role)

*This 3 Month Contract has the possibility for extension based on performance and workload*


  • Weekly reconciliation of Amazon Chargebacks and Shortages, inclusive of all investigative steps required for resolution.  Utilization of the Amazon Portal, Internal TBS files and Excel.
  • Weekly Wholesale Portal updates; Amazon, Ulta, Aafes and MCX.  Tasks would include maintaining the integrity of Product information within the portals; updates such as changes to UPC, Pack Size, Article Numbers, etc.
  • Amazon Canada CAIR updates. Ensure that Amazon Canada ASIN’s are linked to the SO before releasing on SAP (also part of the Phasing process)
  • Work directly with Supply Planner to prepare the Chargeback and Shortage slide for the monthly S&OP meeting.  Preparation of disputed charges/ by issue type/ with a YTD total of chargebacks. 
  • Chronical all steps and processes for the above duties to formally add to the Supply Chain Instruction Manual.
  • Additional administrative duties when/where required

What we look for

  • Expereince in Supply Chain is not necessary but a plus
  • Proficiency in Excel will be helpful
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Must be able to work effectively in a team environment and as a individual contributor
  • Must be flexible and adaptive to changing priorities
  • SAP Experience is a plus
