Your role in a nutshell

To support business operations and field results through the co-ordination of TBSAH operations and systems

More about the role

  • Set up and management of all product and promotions within TBSAH system
  • Management with Supply Chain of stock availability, order forecasting and warehouse performance, and communication of stock updates to the field
  • Ensure accurate information on consultants and product data across systems and sales orders and marketing collateral
  • Support Operations Manager to optimise operational processes and systems to maximise selling opportunities and cost efficiencies
  • Resolve general operational issues across all consultant platforms
  • Raise and manage all required purchase orders within department
  • Support Training Manager as required with recognition program requirements
  • Support team administration as required
  • To perform other related duties as assigned or requested.
  • Responsible for maintaining the ethical standards of The Body Shop including minimising the environmental, health and safety risks in the workplace and responsible for reporting potential risks, real accidents and near misses to relevant managers.
  • Champions, supports and participates in The Body Shop campaigns and The Purpose.

What we look for

  • Direct experience of/ or thorough understanding of the direct selling business environment.
  • Experience of IT system development, implementation and roll out of system changes across muitiple audiences
  • Experience in an omni channel environment
  • Experience and understanding of the fulfilment and delivery cycles and carrier organisation structures
  • Experience representing a business channel and working with cross functional teams
  • Strong and effective communication & planning skills at all levels
  • Ability to work and think cross functionally and develop relations across all aspects of a multi national business operation.
  • Effective organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
  • System management & Reporting and data analysis and interpretation skills
  • Ability to interpret feedback and business data and proactively effect appropriate business changes
