Your role in a nutshell

This role is to support FAM (Franchise Account Manager) to cover franchise account matters in administration, coordination, analysis and communication with markets and various internal stakeholders
This role will potentially be developed into key account management for smaller markets (Brunei, Sarawak, Myanmar/Cambodia, Bangladesh, Nepal etc) under the supervision of FAMs 

More about the role

Franchise Account Manager (FAM) Support
•    Manage Products Articles mapping, maintain Market Site Master File & Product/ Article Master File Support FAM in New Market set up, liaise with BSI /supply chain team in SAP setup, new site creation, DC site creation etc. 
•    Work with APAC Master data/Global Master Data on new vendor creation/global amendments on vendor  
•    Communicate all the QC related issues with markets and liaise with internal parties and track all the QC related issues and make reports
•    Follow up on order submission, coordinate the analysis, and support market feedback
•    Prepare weekly Sales Report and coordinate meeting
•    Weekly business update: Update business summary of HF team’s performance for the weekly meeting between GM and APAC Managing Director 
•    Organize bi-weekly or monthly meetings with markets for regular business updates and discussions on pending issues  
•    Liaise with Forecast team/CS team for ad hoc logistic issues with markets for a smooth process 
•    Key account management: Potentially to be developed to take over some smaller account for key account management, under the supervision of FAM
Retail Design (RD) Support
•    Working closely with Retail Design Managers ensuring that all processes and approvals for locations, store plans and fit-out are effectively functioning. 
•    Consolidation of monthly Project Forecast 
•    Collate pending store completion packs 
•    Support RD Manager in sending communications to all markets as and when new information or documentation is created for market use. 
APAC Franchise Controller, Finance Support
•    Support in PoSDM system (Missing Site codes held in Pipe) – liaise/ clarify with Market for unknown sites mapping. Upon update, submit to Global Master Data/SC Data team for site creation or re-mapping. 
•    Support in RS Sales track weekly.  Look out for any unusual missing sales in all Franchisee stores from the RS sales template (Live update).  Liaise /clarify with respective Market on the missing sales.  Follow up with Site Amendment form for any site changes (store closure/ renovation/relocation).

Experience: 
Performed PA/Administrator role in the past
Experience in an international, fast-paced, and multicultural environment e.g FMCG/Retail
Excellent knowledge of Outlook, PowerPoint & Excel
Competencies required:
