Your role in a nutshell

•    Manage and Direct the demand planning for APAC Zone (Franchise and Company Markets) on forecasting commercial sales, to improve forecast accuracy, stock availability and inventory control 

•    To deliver accurate and timely demand data for the whole region, by Business by Channel, by Category and at Product level

•    To drive S&OP as a platform to run the business for communication, issue escalation and decision-making. This ensures the demand plan, supply plan, and the finance plan have 1 number system to meet or exceed the business budget

•    Leadership to drive culture, continuous improvement and change management of zero waste mentality/loss elimination across people, work process and tools in S&OP and demand planning process

•    Future proof S&OP, Demand Planning. Provide technical mastery in continuous improvement, digitalization, standardization and documentation of: work processes and SAP/tools/technology adoption across organisation to reduce manual ways of working

More about the role

Keu Job Accountabilities:
•    To drive Forecast Accuracy and Bias, to support stock management and business control
•    To deploy available resources to ensure accurate and on-time forecast data for Global Supply
•    To manage and refine the various demand planning processes [i.e. Head Franchise Portal Wholesale forecasting markets, Head Franchise Portal None forecasting markets, Company Markets, Hybrid Markets, Cross boarding, Quarterly Sell in], and to review for efficiencies and synergies  
•    To lead the S&OP process in the region, from market to zone, to Global review as a forum to challenge business assumptions, to align the pillars of the business and to drive an aligned demand/supply/business/finance plan that is agreed and signed off. 
•    To support local strategic initiatives and projects (such as Franchisee buy back, or new market launches)
•    To represent APAC in Global initiatives and projects (such as new system development and implementation)
•    End-to-end mindset of identifying, educating and implementing continuous improvement projects across people, processes and tools. This includes documenting and implementing standard work processes, problem-solving via identification of root causes and systemic solutions.

•    Strong analytical skills required
•    Demonstrable ability to handle large data sets and complex processes
•    Proven team player, working with wider commercial teams
•    Demonstrable ability to confidently present Data and Analytical insights to improve the Forecasting and S&OP process
•    Mastery and experience in Demand Forecasting Statistical tools and a mindset of continuous improvement and influencing change across people, processes and tools. 


Qualifications: 

•    Degree-level intellect
•    Advanced level in Excel 
•    Ideally highly experienced with forecasting and analytical processes, tools and software
