Your role in a nutshell

You'll drive Consultant communications, brand assets and marketing activities with a focus on motivating and growing The Body Shop At Home (TBSAH) Consultants as well as meeting business targets.

  • Manage the Consultant communication program by producing engaging, innovative & brand complient content, adapting global content, & executing communications
  • Drive TBS brand requirements creatively through collateral, marketing materials, digital contents, events, promotions and consultant resources. Support the Global brand team to cascade global resources and collaborate on AH requirements, as well as the creation of local market assets as required
  • Act as the Brand Purpose champion for At Home Team by ensuring all campaigns are promoted & the purpose is brought to life by engaging consultants in communications, marketing collateral & events
  • Oversea catalogue localization and work with key stakeholders to plan & execute
  • Review & enhance consultant business tools to ensure TBSAH maintains an advantage over competitors.
  • Manage, maintain & develop engaging content on Consultant Business Hub pages
  • Support local Digital team with external TBSAH social media program and web content
  • Support events through planning, communications, creative content, presentation delivery and resources as required.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned or requested
  • Responsible for maintaining the ethical standards of The Body Shop including minimising the environmental, health and safety risks in the workplace and responsible for reporting potential risks, real accidents and near misses to relevant managers.
  • Champions, supports and participates in The Body Shop campaigns and The Purpose.
What we look for


  • University Degree .
  • Marketing/Communications qualification or experience
  • 2+ years in a similar role
  • Proven communications experience, preferably with a mix of experience in both a retail environment and with full exposure to direct selling
  • Brand & Creative design experience in designing resources and briefing creative agencies.
  • Adaptability and problem solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills with outstanding attention to detail
  • Excellent understanding of the dynamics of the Direct selling industry, with thorough understanding of the party plan mode
  • Managing workload in a challenging, pressurised environment, remaining calm and focused, where change is the norm
  • Adovbe Creative Cloud, HTML and Microsoft Office experiance
