Key Job Accountabilities

 

  • Ensure a pre- and post-preparation of the payroll considering the applicable rules and standards of the company and the current regulations for the Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg.
  • To process all HR related changes to roles and variable pay elements within the integrated HR / payroll system, including new starter and leaver information, changes of terms, role changes, structure changes etc.
  • To act as first point of contact for all pre-gross payroll queries within the business.
  • Contact person for external payroll provider, health insurance, tax office, employers' liability insurance association.
  • Insure all employee files are maintained and that relevant documentation is kept in the personal files.
  • To provide support to HR department in contracts, certifications, disciplinary and capability matters.
  • Coaching Store Manager and line-managers on best practice, HR policies & procedures.
  • Secure HR efficiencies: ensure the HR functions processes and practices comply with all legal requirements.

 

What we look for

 

  • Proven knowledge and experience of working with an outsourced payroll provider
  • Experience of using and administering payroll and HR software
  • Organised, pro-active with a high level of attention to detail
  • Good knowledge in employment tax and social security law
