Responsibilities

  • To follow the guidelines and Head of Brand & Activism to create a consistent brand image at market level according to the market strategy; to develop new store floor plans, communicate and work within CAPEX limitations ensuring approvals are achieved.
  • Ensure all projects are managed within local budgets and timescales, communicating budgets to Global Customer.
  • Adapt the Global plans to any store specific or market specific needs, keeping within the overarching global principles and within the mandatory guidelines, liaising closely with Global Market Planning.
  • To guarantee the correct implementation of Hero products, novelties and strategic products in store that increases its visibility and accessibility for the customer.
  • Support walk through requests and be responsible for centres of excellence partnering with Global Customer VM team.
  • Create and submit post opening packs and event execution feedback as requested
  • Support Marketing and Retail brand activities with VM on external and internal events and activations.
  • Lead table proposal according to Sell in pack , Mk Plans and VM Pack coordination with Activism & Brand Manager.
  • VM Manager should work 360 degree on the visual expression across all channels; stores, wholesale etc. 
  • VM Manager to lead store opening management

Experience

  • Proven relevant experience in a retail environment (extensive depth of VM knowledge)
  • Experience of working within large beauty retailer or similar  (as relevant to region)
  • Excellent knowledge of display, visual merchandising and retail design & space management
  • Skilled in delivering comprehensive VM training.
  • Experienced in preparing management presentation.

Qualifications

  • Degree educated in a relevant discipline.
  • Min. of 3 years work experience in a similar role.
  • Fluent in English.
