Your role in a nutshell

Lead the Global S&OP Monthly Process, integrating functional areas with strategic and operational plans to maximise profitable growth

Lead the Global Demand Plan across the business and team of Demand planners

Maximise Service and availability across our UK channels and wholesale regions driving operational efficiencies whilst managing the team and respective business stakeholders

Ensure costs across operational responsibilities are controlled whilst maximising customer satisfaction.

Head of S&OP and Demand planning
Lead the global S&OP process, driving business visibility of risk and opportunity with continuous improvement
Consolidation of global demand and comparison to strategic objectives, highlighting risk and opportunity
Sets agenda for local S&OP meetings based on outcomes of global discussions and drives continuous improvement in process
Responsible for global demand planning processes, system updates and ways of working and continuous improvement

Head of UK / Regional Supply chain
Responsible for maximising service level availability across all nominated channels / markets
Manages team to maximise service and continuous improvement
Supports trading teams on supply risk and opportunities
Collaborates with global supply chain planning team to ensure service is maximised and inventory optimised
Collaborates across TBS DC team to ensure trading plans clear and capacity management is optimised
Manage stock health in store and TBS DC to optimise sell through and minimise excess and obsolete

Head of International Market Supply chain
Responsible for maximising service fulfilment across all EMEA HF partners across given geography

Manage market supply and master data communication to maximise order accuracy
Keeps all systems updated and informs markets of OOS and future OOS risks
