Your role in a nutshell

The Content Manager drives the Customer shopping experience on PWS and Consultant experience in the Business Hub and App, creating wireframes, mapping and supporting the defining of user journeys and driving a mobile first experience across all touchpoints.

This role also takes responsibility for ensuring the PWS, BH and App content is planned, and sites are constructed to meet the business commercial and marketing requirements, ensuring everything is on brand, engaging, accurate and aligning to both business strategy and the event plans. 


More about the role
  • Work with the Product Owner & Business Analyst teams to turn all new system and system change project briefs into impactful user experiences taking a mobile first approach
  • Take the lead role in ensuring functionality and UX are meeting the business requirements across PWS/BH sites/Apps. 
  • Supports the performance analytics tracking and associated recommendations to the teams
  • Supporting the development and mapping of user journeys – across personal web shopping sites, Consultant Business Hub and any associated App’s .
  • Actively drive the ongoing improvement of UX participating in all stages from design to go live, working collaboratively with internal teams and external agencies and supporting the capture of information from the user base
  • Work with market leads and TBSAH field to collate feedback, review and assess this with the Product Owner and in line with CI roadmap actively assessing opportunities for enhancements
  • Lead the content delivery / support plan for the personal websites, Business Hub and Apps, working closely with brand and marketing
  • Ensure that the content plan  for all areas of all sites, hubs and Apps is on brand, aligned to the current business marketing strategy and overall global event plan. 
  • Work closely with all TBSAH market teams, providing a steer for each market on the key deliverables across each platform and ensuring the technical tool set exists to deliver to the plan
  • Drive and support the development of web analytical data across markets, utilise the information provided at market level to influence the CI process for the sites
  • Utilise market level analytics to suggest / make immediate changes in market (Uk), use this information to influence site design and user journey and maximise on opportunities to enhance sales and revenue
What we look for
  • Previous exposure / experience supporting UX /user journey on web/mobile
  • Expertise in working across multiple digital platforms and Apps
  • Web site data/content management / product merchandising
  • Experience in working for an event / seasonal driven retailer
  • Experience in direct selling ideal for this role
  • Qualifications in system content management, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics
