Your role in a nutshell

As Digital Delivery Manager within our Customer and Digital team you will be responsible for technical delivery and release management of solutions across all digital and customer platforms within The Body Shop.

Key accountabilities and responsibilities will include:

  • Establish a best practice delivery framework for all digital delivery
  • Ensure the framework is adopted and implemented by digital  development and deployment teams in the end-to-end delivery of solutions to support strategically important business initiatives 
  • Support and enable IT teams and key business stakeholders to deliver projects in order to continually improve the functionality, performance and reliability of the company’s Trading, Marketing and Loyalty platforms.
  • Build and Manage the Digital Release Plan encompassing all projects and programmes within Digital (all channels)
  • Manage and control the technical landscape connectivity and environments for Digital projects and business as usual
  • Provide delivery oversight and QA for all 3rd party delivery from design through to deployment.
  • Participate in and contribute to pipeline planning activities
  • Engage in long term IT Roadmap development
What we look for

You will be an experienced, passionate and driven Digital Delivery Manager who is commercially savvy and still very much technical hands on. It is essential that you have SAP Hybris and/or SAP C/4 Commerce Cloud Implementation experience and have managed third party delivery teams on and offshore. Excellent communication and  leadership skills are important as is strong stakeholder management and the ability to work under pressure. Previous retail and/or global experience is desirable as well as 4 Hana knowledge.
