Your role in a nutshell

To be a subject matter expert in the TBS @ Home ( direct selling ) Global Career Plan, with a detailed understanding of the plan structure, design and business goals.  You will be responsible for the execution of the plan and ensuring all associated compensation payment runs are undertaken on a weekly and monthly basis and that they are accurate and adhere to all pescribed approval and legal compliance processes.

You will be accountable for the delivery of a suite of both business facing and field facing reports that support the accurate tracking of the Career Plan performance, detailed insights into commissions payments against forecasts and analysis against field and business KPI’s. 

Additionally, this role will provide support to multiple business teams, answering questions related to the Career Plan, providing analysis, impact assessments and forecasting for incentives and recognition whilst also delivering information as needed to financial teams, systems teams, and the wider business.

This role can be UK based or potentially US based depending on the candidate. At the moment we are working remotely, access to a UK or North America TBS office will be beneficial but not essential

  • Ensure all compliance activities for SOX or any country specific compliance activities are correctly undertaken for all runs on all occasions

  • Produce all reports required to approve the commissions payments weekly and monthly or as required on an adhoc basis for all markets

  • Support the production and running of all manual adjustments as required for all markets

  • Work cross functionally with the finance, SAP and market TBSAH teams to monitor payments through the system to ensure payments are dispatched to Hyperwallets within contracted timeframes

  • Make any adjustments to the database to maintain the data integrity which reflects the field structure.

  • Work with the database hosts to ensure that any upgrades are scoped and delivered on time and to budget

  • Ensure that all systems integrated with the system are functioning and accurate


  • Support the design, development and maintenance of all Career Plan and related commissions and compensation reports

  • Play an active role in advising the most efficient and effective way to design and deliver reports in a digitalized format

  • Ensure that an approved suite of TBSAH management reports detailing commissions, field activity, field performance against KPI’s, team structures and Career Plan movements is available and provided within agreed timeframes each week/month

  • Endeavour to highlight within reports and analysis any effects of field performance and make recommendations to key business stakeholders at a global and market level

  • Produce a suite of field facing management reports for key business leaders – ensure this information is presented and delivered in appropriate format as defined by Career Plan Manager and Sales team

  • Responsible for ensuring the field consistently receive relevant up to date information

  • Support the production of recognition reports as requested

  • Support the development of reporting portals and automation of both reports and delivery
