Job Title: Commissions Assistant Manager (Fixed Term Contract)

Your role in a nutshell
We are looking for a Commissions Assistant Manager for a 12-month fixed term contract (mat leave) working for The Body Shop at Home. You will be based out of our global HQ’s in either London Bridge or Littlehampton, West Sussex.
The successful candidate will support the Commissions Manager in driving the overall profitability of the channel by optimising and managing commissions, through using key insights from the commissions run analysis and recommending solutions to drive channel sales in markets

- Execute the Global Compensation Plan
- Critically analyse commissions run data, to provide recommendations to drive sales and the correct field activity.
- Forecast annual commissions payments based on market trends
- Liaise with the SITEL team to coordinate and respond to any escalated compensation payment queries.

- Ability manage workload in a flexible way and within a very dynamic environment.
- Expertise and extensive experience delivering and managing incentive-based plans for self- employed Consultants/Agents
- Experience leading a team responsible for globally positioned complex business analysis and forecasting
- Expertise working for an event driven retailer with frequent changes of promotional mechanic
- Expertise and experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of Visual Basic / SL / Microsoft Report Writer & Strong Excel Skills
- Experience working with and managing external partners for technology and consultancy
- Experience developing and managing reporting services for a global business
- Previous experience working in Retail/the Beauty/home selling Industry a plus
