Your role in a nutshell

Reporting to the Head of Channel Business Partnering, you will be responsible for forming a solid partnership with the Global Customer team, supporting key decision making and providing expert financial insight on areas such as price, promotion and marketing across all selling channels, as well as being the finance lead for fast-paced environment of UK and EMEA Ecommerce.

More about the role

Main roles and responsibilities will include: 

  • Responsible for partnering with the Global Customer team in order to provide finance support and challenge to commercial decision making 
  • Responsible for driving robust business case compliance on commercial activities within the Global Customer team
  • Responsible for ensuring accurate Ecommerce P&L forecasting, reporting and analysis, providing commentary on changing trends and impacts.  Working with the Global team and our UK and EMEA markets to provide reporting, insight and guidance.  Liaising with senior Global and Market-based leadership teams
  • Provide guidelines to Global and Market teams for marketing spend, forecasting and tracking, as well as cost allocations between selling channels
What we look for

You will be a fully qualified Accountant who already has experience as a Finance Business Partner, ideally in a retail commercial finance function. Having excellent stakeholder management skills, you will be a strong influencer and be able to lead cross functional teams, providing a strong finance voice and challenge.  Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills is essential, as is good attention to detail and having the ability to problem solve. Experience of using SAP HANA is desirable.
