Your role in a nutshell
To define and align visual merchandising implementation strategy at Zone level, ensuring its adaptation to any country specificities are in line with the global brand objectives/direction.

Primary Accountabilities:
- Develop and drive planogram support for APAC New Product Development event packs and Perimeter guidelines
- Work closely with Franchise Business Managers to continually seek ways to upgrade merchandising in all facets of the business to drive commerciality
- Ensure all guidelines and any APAC-specific design concepts are delivered in a timely manner
- Provide creative support and work cross-functionally for special events, star launches and Regional forums
- Provide guidance to new Visual Merchandisers in local markets, assist in training and development of new teammates in the region
- Conduct market visits to support markets with key store openings and ensure in-store presentation/activation meets Regional standards and strategies
- Validate visual merchandising strategies by reviewing market activation plan ensuring that regional expectations are met
- Keep the region informed with the latest information such as campaigns, activities, visual materials, newsletter/Internal Communications
- Monitoring & ensuring expenses are kept within the Visual Merchandising budget
- Work closely with Store Development and Implementation team on all store opening packs, ensure forecast of permanent Visual Merchandising are captured and implemented within brand guidelines
- Collaborate with UK/Global Visual Merchandising team on creating event activation specific to APAC
What we look for
Experience:
• Min 6-8 years of experience in visual merchandising. Candidate with regional experience with Beauty Brands preferred
• Experience working in a global organisation, ability to communicate and multitask with different departments
• Strong organisation, follow up and prioritisation skills
• Excellent written, oral and presentation skills
• Ability to travel
Qualifications:
• Degree/Diploma
• Preferably with good knowledge of Microsoft Softwares + Illustrator + Photoshop + In Design + Sketch up
