Your role in a nutshell

Deliver Love Your Body™ Club promotions, marketing campaigns, and reporting to support the Global Head of Loyalty in delivering commercial KPIs focused on increased customer participation, value and retention in the LYBC loyalty programme.

More about the role

  • Support the Head of Global Loyalty to deliver against Loyalty programme revenue targets (£200m per year).
  • Work with rest of Loyalty team, and stakeholders across multiple teams and markets, to agree and deliver LYBC promotional plans (events, discounts, product promotions, sampling campaigns etc), targeted at specific customer cohorts as defined by the overarching LYBC strategy.
  • Project manage delivery of those promotional plans through supporting teams – CRM, Digital Marketing, E-Commerce, local market retail teams etc.
  • Work with colleagues in marketing teams to produce and deliver promotional material for LYBC activations – emails, SMSs, social media, e-commerce digital content, and retail merchandising.
  • Work with colleagues in local markets to arrange product availability for promotions i.e. ensuring promotional stock is reserved for qualifying LYBC customers.
  • Work with Retail teams to maintain a curriculum of training materials to support the delivery of the LYBC programme and to maintain awareness of new developments and initiatives.
  • Compile and share appropriate reporting on performance of LYBC programme with team and wider stakeholders.
  • Deliver promotional campaigns and content to support the TBS product reviews programme - driving maximum level of positive customer-supplied reviews and leveraging reviews to drive increased product take-up.

What we look for

  • Experience working on the management and promotion of a retail loyalty programme.
  • Experience working with marketing agencies and internal stakeholders to design and deliver marketing campaigns across multiple channels i.e. emails, SMSs, social media, e-commerce digital content, and retail merchandising.
  • Experience working in a matrix organization with multiple stakeholders.
  • Project management skills.
