Global Loyalty Performance Analyst

Customer behaviour is a fickle, unpredictable science for many businesses at the best of times. Add in a global pandemic, and the ability to forcast purchasing and brand loyalty becomes even harder and more important as organisations strive to grow their revenues and build their customer numbers.

This role is all about ‘prophetability’. The combined ability to predict behaviours and strategies that will drive bottom line growth. We need a real live prophet who lives deep in the numbers and the data and gets to the heart of the activities, promotions and campaigns that influence Customer Lifetime Value (LTV).


As the Global Performance Analyst for The Body Shop you will support the Global Head of Loyalty to deliver commercial KPIs associated with our ‘Love Your Body Club activities. It will be your role to provide the in depth insight that informs our strategies to increase customer participation, value and retention in the LYBC loyalty programme.

The role

It boils down to two key elements – analysis and commercials.

In close partnership with the Head of Global Loyalty you will deliver against the loyalty programme revenue targets by focusing on:

Performance management: The Body Shop’s  ‘Love Your Body Club ‘ sits at the centre of our loyalty world – you will own the performance by measuring the test and learn campaigns and ensuring that your insight is shared and understood by the wider team and used to inform any strategic or tactical changes. It is your best-in-class insights that will be used to ideate, build and expand on initiatives.

Insightful analytics: It is your expertise at extracting data and building reports that will help create a clear view of the best routes to value creation – that’s customer spend levels, loyalty and advocacy – from the LYBC programme. The reporting outputs you create will be shared with the team and the wider stakeholder community, so you’ll need to be confident in presenting your findings to a diverse audience.

Plus, with your background in retail loyalty campaigns you will work with the rest of the loyalty team across global markets to agree and deliver LYBC promotional plans – events, discounts, product promotions, sampling campaigns etc) targeting specific customer cohorts. You’ll also be required to support in the delivery of these promotional plans in collaboration with CRM, Digital Marketing, E-commerce and local market retail teams.

  • A commercial focus with experience of measuring loyalty/campaign performance
  • Experience of working on the management and promotion of retail loyalty programmes
  • A great collaborative communicator, used to a matrix organisation with multiple stakeholders.
