Your role in a nutshell

As a member of the People Senior Leadership Team, design & embed an inclusive Global Connection, Experience and Listening strategy that enables the delivery of TBS Purpose , beliefs and strategy and inspires a Purposeful Entrepreneurial inclusive culture through the way we connect with our people with impact

More about the role

Purposeful entrepreneurial culture – Inspire an inclusive culture of being a purposeful entrepreneur in all connection and experiences we create
Organisation connection - Drive effectiveness and impact through key communications and engagement channels to employees in TBS including digital, social media and online tools ensuring messages are considered across all channels and for different functions & markets, partnering with Brand Communication
Listening - Deliver listening strategy through different channels including forums, online, and focus groups. Work with the People Director to lead creative methods that connect people globally
Inspiring experiences – Create inspiring, innovative and joyful experiences bringing people together virtually or face to face, to connect, engage and learn together in 4 key areas - activism, self-esteem, product, customer and 2030 Sustainability and Commitment to Life
Brand - Partnering with the External Communications team, lead the development of a relevant employer brand that captures the purpose, beliefs and activism focus. 
Engagement and insights  - Oversee the design, measurement and reporting of The Body Shop’s Employee Engagement Approach. Partnering with key stakeholders to develop insights on our people and to identify the opportunities to improvement how we connect with our people better
Executive Leadership Engagement – Coach, encourage and support the Executive Leadership Team on impact opportunities including virtual, yammer, communication forums
