Reporting into the Global Head of Affiliates & Partnerships you will be the main point of contact for all day to day market related affiliate and partnership activity and revenue generation.

Deliverables

There are some specific areas you will own:

 

Delivery: It will be your task to develop and execute the market affiliate and partnership marketing strategy with a focus on delivering high value traffic and footfall, and you will be accountable for optimising all affiliate and partnership marketing activities with the affiliate network and ensuring that programme is achieving its potential.

 

Your remit extends to driving growth through optimisation of marketing activities through effective affiliate outreach strategies, recruitment of targeted affiliates, influencers and partners and by managing existing relationships.

It’s a complex mix that requires discipline and organisational skills.

 

Technical: You will be the subject matter expert with proven experience of managing affiliate and partnership programmes either through an inhouse or agency team, and you will have gained a good working knowledge of affiliate marketing tools

You’ll understandably have a good understanding of a range of performance marketing channels and also E-commerce best practice and optimisation techniques. You’ll be a leader, but you’ll still be prepared to roll up your sleeves when needed.

 

Your outstanding analytical skills and ability to interpret and draw conclusions from commercial data will be called up and you will be familiar and comfortable using analytics packages to investigate and interpret performance.

Partnerships: Building and maintaining effective partnerships externally and internally is critical. You will ensure affiliates are up to date with latest product offerings and promotions and will work collaboratively internally within The Body Shop Digital and Insight/Strategy teams and Market partners.

 

Reporting: Your accurate reporting and detailed performance updates will keep the Market and Global teams informed with opportunities and areas for performance improvement and will provide insight into any development regarding marketing content and campaigns, along with informing pricing and merchandising decisions. The quality and reliability of your intel is key to achieving continuous improvement.

 

Leadership: We are seeking an individual who can outperform and extend beyond their remit, and you will be responsible for coaching and developing your team to be the very best they can be and to encourage them to be ambitious and eager to grow. It takes a special skill to spot and realise potential.

 

Vision: No role in The Body Shop is about standing still, we commit energy to drive forwards and making great strides and incremental progress. You’ll work closely with various leadership functions to highlight key opportunities (and risks) and will share future plans with Commercial Teams globally. You’ll look at (and input into) ways to implement synergies as part of a wider marketing mix. And be prepared to seek out new thinking and strategies from forums, conferences and through dialogue with your peers across other markets. The role drives change and improvement continuously.
